Hello, I'm Elliott
I'm Elliott Winskill — a national champion on the green, and by day I help organisations move from legacy systems to modern ways of working. OptiSelect is me doing that for bowls.
I love this sport — and it's one of the sports that has held out longest against technology. Bowls needs to bring through its next generation of players, and they expect the tools the rest of their lives already has.
OptiSelect gives the sport those tools, while respecting the journey a traditional sport has to go on to get there.

Started in incident management at PMC, an independent technology service provider in Abingdon — then consulting, product management and Head of Solutions.

On the Board at PMC. Instrumental in conceiving, designing and incubating its Solutions team and Graphene platform, now used by a growing network of retailers worldwide.

OptiSelect is built and run by Elliott. As clubs and counties join, the plan is to bring on support and operations people to match.
If demand calls for growing faster than that, Elliott is open to investment to do it.
Away from the day job, I care about closing the digital skills gap and helping new talent into technology careers.
